In the comfort of your home or mine.
We'll stretch the body, build strength, release tension, and calm the mind.
- Each class will be tailored to your needs:
- gentle and relaxing if you seek peace and stretching
- dynamic power yoga or Ashtanga if you're up for a challenge
- focused on specific issues / back pain, knee or tight shoulders, fatigue, insomnia/
We can also include breathing exercises, meditation, cleansing techniques, or guidance on how to create your own practice.
Yoga is truly for everyone - no matter your age, experience, or if it's your first time on the mat.
Pregnancy is not limitation either.
After purchasing a voucher, I will contact you within 24 hours to arrange the date, time, and theme of your class.
You are welcome to invite up to two additional participants to join the session.
